We take our gluten free guarantee seriously. We bake in a dedicated gluten free kitchen and only use ingredients that are explicitly labeled and/or certified gluten free. If you have a gluten allergy or keep a gluten free diet, rest assured we have a zero tolerance for gluten.
All Other Allergens
While our kitchen is gluten free, it is not completely allergen free. We use egg in all of our cookies and bake in a kitchen that also processes soy, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, or coconut.
Our cookies use a meringue dough and are made without preservatives – that’s why they taste so good and are better for you. But this also means they have a shorter shelf life than most other cookies.
