We did the impossible – we made a cookie that not only tastes great, but is also better for you.  Now you can enjoy a sweet treat without feeling guilty about it.  We offer cookies that are:

  • Always Gluten Free
  • Always Trans-fat Free
  • Fewer calories than a granola bar
  • Always made without artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives
  • Never contain corn syrup or hydrogenated oils of any kind

Always Gluten Free

We take our gluten free guarantee seriously.  We bake in a dedicated gluten free kitchen and only use ingredients that are explicitly labeled and/or certified gluten free.  If you have a gluten allergy or keep a gluten free diet, rest assured we have a zero tolerance for gluten.

All Other Allergens

Our kitchen is gluten free, but it is not completely allergen free.

While we do offer flavors that are vegan, made without dairy, made without soy, and made without tree nuts, some flavors we make include dairy, soy, egg, coconut, and tree nuts and we cannot guarantee that our cookies will be free of cross contamination with these allergens.

All of our cookies are labeled with their respective ingredients and allergen statements on the back of the header cards.

Cookie Freshness

Our cookies use a meringue dough and are made without preservatives – that’s why they taste so good and are better for you.  But this also means they have a shorter shelf life than most other cookies.

You have options to guarantee our cookies stay soft and chewy:

  • You can devour each and every one of them the same day you receive them.
  • You can exercise a little self-control and freeze them for up to six months.  When the craving hits, let them thaw at room temperature for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy a sweet treat that tastes just as fresh as the moment it came out of the oven.
