Double Nut Dutch Chocolate
Every now and then, we have a customer who adamantly claims that this isn’t a cookie, it’s a brownie. We understand why they would think that – it is a little of both.
Soft and cakey on the inside like the center of a perfectly cooked brownie paired with delicately crisp edges for that perfect balance of crunch you expect from a cookie. We use Guittard Old Dutch Cocoa to impart that rich, decadent chocolate experience that makes every good brownie so enjoyable and then mix in pecans and walnuts to imbue a delightfully nutty taste. All of this in the form of a cookie that you can eat any time, anywhere, without the mess of crumbs and sticky fingers you get from a brownie.
Call it a brownie or call it a cookie, which ever makes you happy – we just call it better than everything else.
